OUR DETAILED AGENDA FOR THE APRIL LAB IS BELOW>>>
TONY GENTILCORE | Strength Coach, Co-Founder Cressey Sports Performance
Tony Gentilcore has been training athletes and general fitness clients at every level since 2002. He is one of the co-founders of Cressey Sports Performance, which really should have been called "Cressilcore Sports Performance" because that sounds like an awesome castle where a wizard lives (and plays sports). He's been featured in many reputable fitness sites and magazines such as Men's Health, Women's Health, T-Nation.com, BodyBuilding.com, and Stack.com, in addition to running his popular site TonyGentilcore.com
He's been invited all over the U.S and world to speak, which is sad because if you would have told him back when he was 15 that that would be the case, he would have been heartbroken because he really had his heart set on taking over Luke Perry's role as Dylan on Beverly Hills 90210 and/or becoming an astronaut.
Speaking is something he enjoys doing because it allows him to not only share his knowledge with others, but also allows him the opportunity to learn from others himself. You see, he's not a pompous a-hole and thinks he has all the answers. But he is kind of smart.

MARK FISHER | Co-Owner, Ninja Master, Mark Fisher Fitness
Hi there! My name is Mark and I work in a building that has two pictures of me in hot pants prominently displayed on the window. I have the honor of leading the crazy-ass MFF Team to create industry leading results in health and hotness with our beloved Ninjas.
I particularly love working with folks that hate working out and/or sat alone at lunch in middle school. I have a bunch of certifications like NASM, FMS, HKC, and some other shit you probably don't care about, but feel free to grab me and ask me! My philosophy of training and nutrition is based on the Albert Einstein dictum, "Make everything as simple as possible, but not any simpler." I also believe business is about making the world a better place, and I'm as passionate about healthy business culture as I am about fitness. I even did an effin' TED Talk about it!
In my spare time, I like dropping F bombs, playing with puppies, musical theater, cognitive psychology, and modern art.

HAROLD GIBBONS | Steward of Strength, Mark Fisher Fitness
Hello, Friends! I believe that everyone has the strength to change the world, and that physical fitness is the perfect tool to get you started. I live this mission every day as MFF's Steward of Strength, the New York State Director of the NSCA, and find myself on both sides of the podium at state, regional, and national level conferences for the NSCA and SHAPE America.
I’m passionate about taking the immense information of diet and exercise, and finding simple solutions that allow everyone to embrace the powers of physical activity and healthy eating to transform your life. I like to lift heavy weights, ride fast bikes, and awkwardly dance in public. I enjoy comparing Dumbledore and Gandalf just as much as I like comparing deadlifts and squats. I also give fantastic hugs.

KYLE YOUNG | Chief Operating Officer, Daddy, Mark Fisher Fitness
Howdy, ya’ll. I’m originally from Houston, and while I don’t own cowboy boots, I do give Texas-sized hugs and enjoy the occasional margarita. For the past 13 years, I managed marketing for Broadway shows, both on the producing side at Disney and Clear Channel Entertainment and on the agency side at Momentum and SpotCo. I also have Masters in Social Work. So, go figure.
When MFF opened its doors, I was lucky enough to participate in the first Snatched class, and I’ve been a proud card-carrying Ninja ever since. Alas, I succumbed to the powerful call of the Unicorn and began a new career that allows me to build and nurture this amazing community that I care about so much. I am not a "gym" guy. In fact, historically I hated working out and, at best, thought of it as an evil necessity. So, when I found myself yearning to return to the Clubhouse for my next class or semi-private session, I knew this place was different. MFF attracts the most talented and passionate trainers in NYC, and our clients are a diverse group of amazing people who I’m honored to call my friends and family. If you’re not currently a Ninja, I hope you’ll give us a try. Warning: You may get hooked.
